Small Loader (Bobcat-type)

A small loader is a heavy equipment machine that is primarily used to load materials, such as asphalt, demolition debris, dirt, gravel, logs, raw minerals, recycled material, rock, sand, and wood chips into or onto another type of machinery, such as dump trucks and conveyor belts. Unlike the larger loader, the small loader has greater mobility and versatility. Other uses common to the small loader are spreading and leveling materials on construction site. The small loader also comes with attachments that afford even more uses. The hammer attachment can be used to break through concrete and asphalt. The grapple attachment is a clamp-like attachment, which can be used as a grasping device on construction sites. Other available attachments include auger and forks.
